Paris Moda Haftası: Comme Des Garçons İlkbahar/Yaz 2026

Paris Moda Haftası’nda gözler büyük modaevlerinin yeni kreatif direktörlerinde olsa da Rei Kawakubo’nun Comme Des Garçons defilesi sessiz ama güçlü bir hatırlatma gibiydi: Moda yalnızca giyinmek değil, düşünmekle de ilgilidir.

Bu sezon podyumlarda sıkça karşımıza çıkan sade kumaşlar Kawakubo’nun vizyonuyla tanınmaz hale geldi. Defile ham bezler ve jüt kumaşlarla şekillenen heykelsi siluetler üzerine kuruluydu. Dev şapkalarla tamamlanan bu katmanlı formlar bazen bir enstalasyonun bir parçasıymış hissi uyandırıyordu.

Kawakubo’nun tasarımlarında duygusal bir yön de vardı. Gündelik malzemeleri yücelten bu koleksiyon, kusurlu olanı anlamlı kılma gücüne sahipti. Kimi zaman yumuşak yastık formları, kimi zaman büzgülü detaylar ya da bir yatak odasının dağınık ama tanıdık parçaları gibi karşımıza çıktı. Bu bilinçli dağınıklık, Tracey Emin’in “My Bed” isimli eserini anımsatacak kadar kişiseldi.

Defilenin mekanı da deneyime dahil edildi: Alçak tavanlı dar podyumda dev şapkalarla yürümek zorunda kalan modeller izleyicilerin desteğiyle ilerledi. Bu küçük jest bile Kawakubo’nun modada seyirciyle kurduğu mesafesiz ve içten ilişkiye bir örnekti.

Koleksiyonun estetik dili, sert ile yumuşağın, dış ile iç yüzeyin, ham ile işlenmişin çatışması üzerine kuruluydu. Ham kanvas üzerine yerleştirilen brokar, dantel ve jakar kumaşlar, kat kat büzgüler, açık kenarlar, birbirine dolanmış yastıklar ve tüplerle oluşturulan formlar Kawakubo’nun modaya sadece biçim değil anlam da yüklediğini gösteriyordu. Koleksiyonun sonlarına doğru görülen parçalar bedenin sınırlarını da sorgulayan bir yapıya sahipti.

Rei Kawakubo’nun yaptığı şey modayı sadece giyilebilirlik üzerinden değerlendirmemek gerektiğini hatırlatmak. Bu koleksiyon, tanıdık malzemelerle yabancı bir evren kurarken aynı zamanda iç dünyalarımızla da bağ kurmayı başardı.
